After a visit of the Moselle region last fall around Trier and Piesport, we had to go back during summer.
6 months later here we are, find some route guidance and info over here in the previous article, we higly recommend this amazing destination only 1h30 away from Le Coffee Ride, 2h from Liège and 3h from Brussels.
One of the most striking features of the Moselle region is its scenic beauty. The river winds its way through lush valleys, where you can find quaint villages and medieval castles perched on hilltops, offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The region’s landscapes are ever-changing, with vibrant colors in the spring and summer, and a magical allure during the autumn months when the leaves turn into a symphony of reds, yellows, and oranges.
One cannot talk about the Moselle region without mentioning its world-renowned wines. The region’s vineyards produce some of the world’s finest white wines, particularly Riesling and Gewürztraminer
